Job Description
Service Customer Care Coordinators: Responsibilities include taking inbound phone calls and scheduling service appointments. Make daily outbound phone calls to confirm appointments, reschedule missed appointments, and follow up customer satisfaction phone calls.
Sales Customer Care Coordinators: Responsibilities include following a structured processes to create sold sales appointments by taking inbound phone calls. Responsibilities also include making a high volume of outbound phone calls and emails to prospective customers based on managed processes.
Internet Sales Coordinators: Focus on internet sales opportunities while maintaining a follow up processes with a high volume of phone and email communications to create solid sales appointments.
Flexible full time work schedules include day, evening and Saturday shifts.
The Monroeville Business Development Center represents eight award-winning automotive dealerships. The Monroeville BDC stands by its values to service the customers of five Pittsburgh new and used automotive dealerships including Monroeville Chrysler Jeep, Monroeville Dodge Ram, Monroeville Kia, Century 3 Chevrolet and Century 3 Kia. In addition to the five Pittsburgh area dealerships, we serve the customers of Westside Kia and Westside Chevrolet of Katy Texas, as well as sales and service customers of Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Bartlett Tennessee.
Generating customer traffic for sales and service is the primary goal of this company. The Monroeville BDC employs over 30 full time positions including sales & service customer care coordinators, plus management personnel.

Service Technician
Job Description
Sign on bonus for those who qualify up to $3500 ~Multiple Lifts ~ Most competitive flat rate wage in the industry
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
2+ years of Service Technician experience required
Certified Technician
Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent

The Greeter serves as a front-line representative for the dealership. Greets customers as they enter the showroom, answers basic inquiries, and directs them to the appropriate party.
